Verbs

PRESENT SIMPLE.

Para falar de hábitos ou rutinas que suceden continua ou regularmente.

I work on a food company. 
I fly on business once a month. 
Most restaurants in London close after midnight. 

Para expresar feitos que son sempre certos, ou "verdades universais".

Oil floats on water. 
The sun rises in the east. 

Expresamos o tempo engadíndolle preposicións (on Sunday, at 3 o'clock, in the morning), adverbios de frecuencia (always, usually, often, sometimes, hardly, ever, never) ou expresións de frecuencia (every day, twice a month, three times a year).

I go to the pub with my friends once a week. 
I'm never late. 
Raymond and Lilly meet every weekend, on Sunday afternoon. 

Empregamos verbos como feel, look, want, hear ou be neste tempo verbal para describir estados.

I`m feel really hungry. 
This looks like a good restaurant. 
I don’t really want Italian food at the moment.
I think it’s Arabic. Or maybe it’s Indian?


PRESENT CONTINUOUS. 

Use the present continuous for actions happening now.

The world's climate is changing.
